Only what your browser can handle in memory. Very large files are processed locally, so there is no server-side limit — performance depends on your device.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. All processing uses pdf-lib in your browser. Your PDFs never leave your device, making it safe for bank statements, shipping bills and signed documents.
Does merging preserve form fields and annotations?
Merging copies the rendered pages; interactive form fields may not carry over fully. For simple documents, invoices and scans, results are identical to the originals.

How does PDF compression work?

Text-only PDFs get a lightweight rebuild instead. Everything runs in your browser, and the before/after size is shown in the result.
